Terra Art Collective Presents Ecolibrium

  • GALLERY ROUTE ONE 11101 Highway One Point Reyes Station, CA (map)

Terra Art Collective’s art strives to bring new visions, information, and engagement with these urgent issues. We strive to create art to help us envision a new ecological balance--satisfying human needs while fostering a vital, productive biosphere.

This exhibit features Terra Art Collective, a group of eco artists, including:

Shannon Amidon employs molten beeswax and ephemera to explore the cycles of life, calling attention to its transitory and fragile nature.

Michele Guieu, collapse-aware interdisciplinary artist, creates ephemeral art installations in natural environments and public spaces that aim to bring awareness to the systemic and catastrophic ecological crises we face today and the urgent necessity to reconnect with the natural world.

Leah Jay utilizes the natural qualities of water-based media on paper to capture the sacred and transformational nature of the living world.

Deborah Kennedy creates conceptually based installations, paintings, and an award-winning book reflecting on the sixth mass extinction and the regenerative power of the biosphere that supports each of our lives.
